The Blacklight Aquarium Republic With a successful move to land last year, the Blacklight Aquarium has annexed a bit of our own Black Rock City land to govern. The Blaqua Republic helps participants reach the American Dream by providing Immigration and Passport services to Black Rock City. Our Immigration Station sits front and center. We will harangue passers-by into taking a customized citizenship test to determine whether they'll receive a full, personalized Black Rock City Passport to identify them and serve as a reminder of all the States they've visited, or if they're not yet appropriate citizen material and receive only a Green Card until they're more experienced Playa Citizens. A lucky few will be drafted as Immigration Officers, and help determine the fates of other recent Immigrants. The Blacklight Aquarium's Blaqua Embassy party, hosted by our Republic's top not-so-secret underwater agent, James Spawn, 007 will take place on Thursday, August 28th at 8:00pm.
